Frequently Asked
Is Credit Training legal?
Yes, credit training is legal and our credit education and document processing services will help you to use the law in your favor. That law is called "The Fair Credit Reporting Act." The FCRA gives you the right to dispute any item on your credit report. If that item cannot be verified within a reasonable time (usually 30 days) it must be removed. Studies have shown that 79% of all credit reports contain errors. This is nearly 8 out of 10 reports. Therefore most credit reports improve immediately. For items that disputed that are not errors, a creditor or furnisher is often unable to find the records or signed documents within the allotted time and the item gets removed. Sometimes the furnisher will say it has been verified by not offer proof. It is our job to prepare documents that challenge this and we are very skilled at that.
Is Credit Training and Education worth my time and money?
Contrary to what credit bureaus want you to believe, credit training does work in most circumstances. But it only works if you are getting the best advice from an experienced professional. Anyone with a credit score below 720 can benefit long-term from the advice and information provided through credit education. However, there are limiting factors that will prevent us from helping you. Two main factors are: (1) your financial situation and/or (2) the time frame in which you need to reach your results. It is possible to remove anything from a credit report, even accurate items. For instance, if the creditor makes mistakes or does not adhere to the specific time frame, the negative item may be removed.
What can I expect when I enroll in Credit Education?
We will guide you through the process from start to finish and prepare all your documents for you. We have a superb knowledge of credit scoring and experience working with creditors and credit bureaus. It may be difficult for an individual to communicate with creditors and bureaus without an adept understanding of their techniques and regulations in place for credit reporting. We have spent a great deal of time learning the laws that will help you to remove negative information on your report, which enables us to offer you a flawless, money back guarantee system.
What is Hard Inquiry?
A hard inquiry, or a “hard pull,” occurs when you apply for a new line of credit, such as a credit card or loan. It means that a creditor has requested to look at your credit file to determine how much risk you pose as a borrower. Hard inquiries show up on your credit report and can affect your credit score.
How we help you with hard inquiries?
We remove hard inquiries by using the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) laws to permanently remove these inquiries from your credit report. Each inquiry will lower your credit scores by 5 points, and if you have too many of them (6 or more), you will still not be eligible for financing even with a very high credit score. Our service removes all unauthorized hard inquiries from all three credit reporting agencies.
How long will it take to see results?
An inquiry removal with us takes 24 business hours for Experian, and the removal from Experian is guaranteed. For Equifax and TransUnion disputes, it typically takes 30-40 days. Disputing Equifax and TransUnion inquiries is completely free when you sign up to remove Experian inquiries. While we do not guarantee removal from Equifax and TransUnion, we are still achieving a strong success rate with both credit bureaus.
What kind of hard inquiries are removed?
Types of hard inquiries eligible for removal.
- Unauthorized (the client did not authorize the inquiry),
- Erroneous (the inquiry was mistakenly reported or is inaccurate),
- Fraudulent (the inquiry was made as a result of identity theft or fraudulent activity), or
- Unknown (the client has no knowledge of the inquiry or did not give consent for it to occur).
What does it mean linked and unlinked?
Linked Inquiry Example: If you have a Capital One account or used to have an account that is now closed, this means that you have a linked inquiry. The inquiry is “linked” because it is connected to an actual account. Since the inquiry is connected to an actual account, this inquiry cannot be removed.
Not linked Inquiry Example: If you applied for a Capital One account and got declined, you will have a not-linked inquiry on your report. It is considered “not linked” because there is no account tied to that inquiry, so the inquiry can be removed.
Not linked Inquiry Example: If you applied for a Capital One account and got declined, you will have a not-linked inquiry on your report. It is considered “not linked” because there is no account tied to that inquiry, so the inquiry can be removed.
Is it a good idea to remove hard inquires?
Each credit inquiry can cost you up to 5 points and can get you declined. Removing inquiries makes you eligible for funding, makes your score go up, and makes you look better to get approved for future capital.
How many inquiries are too many?
Six or more hard inquiries are considered too many and can seriously impact your credit score and even get you declined because lenders see you as a high-risk borrower when you have too many inquiries.
Are the inquiries removed permanently?
Yes, inquiries are permanently removed and will not reappear unless new account applications are submitted.
Is there any garuntee?
We do not charge your card upfront. Instead, we only authorize a service fee of $495. The charge will only be processed once we have successfully removed the Experian inquiries. If we are unable to remove the inquiries, the authorization will be released, and the funds will be returned to your account. Equifax and TransUnion disputes are completely free of charge. If requested during the signup process, we will submit disputes for these inquiries at no additional cost. While we cannot guarantee the removal of Equifax and TransUnion inquiries, we have seen positive results with both bureaus. Please note that we can only remove inquiries that are not linked to an account. Inquiries tied to existing accounts cannot be disputed or removed.
